Visibility plays a crucial role in building an academic career. It helps disseminate research results, strengthen professional profiles, and gain early recognition both within and beyond the scholarly community. The DSHCS supports the visibility of its Fellows through various funding schemes and formats. These include financial support for conference participation and publications, as well as a variety of formats: its website and monthly newsletter, the Grete Mostny Dissertation Prize, the podcast Doctor it!, the blog PhDiary, as well as its Instagram and Bluesky accounts. These offerings provide targeted opportunities to make research visible and to position academic achievements in a lasting and meaningful way.
