Join the DSHCS
All doctoral candidates of the Faculty of Historical and Cultural Studies may apply for admission to the DSHCS. DSHCS Fellows benefit from the DSHCS supervision structure, take part in DSHCS workshops, may apply for DSHCS funding, and organize and participate in peer activities. In addition, the DSHCS supports the visibility of its Fellows through the monthly newsletter, the blog PhDiary, the podcast Doctor it!, and its social media presence on Instagram and Bluesky. DSHCS Fellows are expected to agree to the Code of Good Practice of the Doctoral Schools, to participate in DSHCS activities, to complete the public presentation of their project within the first year, do document their research activities in their u:cris account, and to sign the consent form for the processing of their data.
