Consent form

I agree that the University of Vienna may collect, store, and process my personal data – name, email address, matriculation number, date of admission, discipline, title of the dissertation project, research cluster, supervisor(s), and link to the respective u:cris account – for the following purposes: registration with the Doctoral School, administration, contact, and newsletter distribution.

My data will be deleted six months after completion of my studies.

I hereby declare that I have been informed about the information obligations (right of access, rectification, erasure, etc.) pursuant to Articles 12–21 of the General Data Protection Regulation and have taken note of them. I further declare that this consent is given on a voluntary basis. I have also been informed that I may revoke my consent at any time without any adverse consequences for me, informally and with effect for the future. I may address my revocation to: University of Vienna, Universitätsring 1, 1010 Vienna, email address: dshcs.hkw@univie.ac.at. In the event of revocation, the University of Vienna will delete the data stored by it and by any commissioned data processors upon receipt of my revocation.
