The ombudsperson is the contact person for organizational, academic, and professional problems, complaints or suggestions regarding doctoral studies and the DSHCS. The ombudsperson supports fellows, supervisors, and the administration in conflict situations and helps to find a solution. As an independent unit, s*he is neutral and handles all issues confidentially. S*he reports to the Rectorate and the relevant committees and can involve the Rectorate in the clarification process.
