Hoti, Dritan. Lecturer of international relations at the Mediterranean University of Albania, Tirana (from 2011) and regular analyst of geopolitics and diplomatic issues in the written press and Visual Media, where from 2007 to 2011 he gave over 200 interviews on the channels of various television stations in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
Author of many 100. articles in the written press, among them published in the USA and Great Britain as well as referent in several national and international conferences and seminars. He speaks very good German, French, English, and Italian, indeed Albanian too.
He completed his Master’s degree at the University of Toulouse, France (2002), specialty History of Diplomacy, 4-year higher studies in Historical Sciences (Specialty Orientation - History of International Relations) at the University of Tirana (1996-2000) and studies in international relations at the University of Graz. Currently, doctoral studies in the field of international relations history.

Current research project: How the first world war affected the relations of the Albanian political elite with the Habsburg empire 1915-1918, at the University of Vienna, Austria.
